10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Brownish-black obj w/a white bubble in center, No sound, Edges in front seemed a little thicker than brillting edges, Shape was roughly a "quarter-moon" w/a part trailing off the trailing edge, Obj had tremendous speed.
11. COMMENTS No conclusion was reached as to the cause of the sighting & the case is carried as unidentified, Possibility that obj was a meteor, however, this does not account for the supposed maneuver & the amount of detail obtained by the witness in the extremely short duration that the obj was in sight.
