BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Bright orange light, circular, sharply outlined, diameter of a cigarette. Disappeared as a light being turned off. In sight 15 min.
COMMENTS: Probably the photo-test a/c which was flying out of JRBFB. This a/c is equipped w/a light which matches the description of the witness.
