10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING 1. Unknown number of obj's traveling abroad were picked up on radar at 65,000 ft. 2. three obj's on radar at an alt of 65,200 ft., traveling N/S at 200 knots.

11. COMMENTS Information submitted in subject re is not sufficient to allow proper evaluation of this incident. Target speeds are not indicated & exact tracks are not given. Except the fact that unknown part of target was traveling N/S & the estimate of the sensor direction that targets were believed to have been experimental high alt jet a/c is plausible cannot be disporved. Approximately same obj picked up by Hs or Hounska, Va by adjacent radar sight.
