10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Ball which looked hot & bubbling, orange turning to red. Looked like a quarter of a moon too low in the sky - tree top level. Object stopped in the air & descended vertically on the ground, remained 3 or 4 mins changing from red to green, then rose vertically in an NW direction, then turned SW and disappeared in view.

11. COMMENTS Possibly static electricity caused by thunderstorm activity in the SE portion of Kansas.
