10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Circular obj, smaller than a penny at arm's length. Color changing from green, purple, blue and white and repeating. Obj seemed to twinkle. Seemed to be one bright light in center with dimmer lights on each side in a horizontal plane.

11. COMMENTS The description of the obj is characteristic of a star when observed through the reported temperature inversions. Bebelgeux, a first magnitude star, was in the reported position at the time of the sighting.
