10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Obj size of dime, Obj itself not discernible, but appeared to have red & green lights rotating as a group, color change individually, resembling a ferris wheel. Green lights only could be seen w/naked eye, red lights w/binoculars.

11. COMMENTS From the several rpts received & careful study, the only conclusion arrived at is that those sightings were light reflections on a known temperature inversion.
