BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Circular obj, size of dime, flashing red, green & violet, seemed to move to the West, then as the sun rose it gained altitude until it disappeared.

COMMENTS: Astro plot & tables indicate the planet Mars in the exact position at time given. The cool weather would tend to make it appear to flash & change color.
