10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Star shaped, blue-white obj, size of dime, traveled East to West w/a sharp right angle turn to North. Rose abruptly & disappeared. Observer states that he has reptd other phenomena previously.

11. COMMENTS Probably an a/c indicated by rptng officer. Duration rather short however consistent w/WX listed as visibility 4 mi w/haze, .6 cloud cover and thunderstorms.
