10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Sample of foil sent for analysis. Thousands observed falling over area about several hundred feet wide. Glittered while in air. Pieces looked as though they were subjected to heat. Additional witnesses insist that they feel a tingle when they touch the objects.

11. COMMENTS Spectrographic analysis showed obj to be Radar chaff similar to 2S Al as specific under AMS 4001-b sheet stock.
