BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: White object size of head of pin with the appearance of a bright star. No sound. Faded as approached horizon. Binoculars used. Initial observation at 65 deg elev 020 azimuth. Lost contact at 10 deg elev 035 azimuth.
COMMENTS: Satellite 1958 Delta 2 passed 200 miles E of San Antonio at 92.11 deg and would have been visible to the obsvr.
