10. DESCRIPTION OF SIGHTING: Circular obj, size of full moon, light silver, lower section surrounded by thin greenish haze at time of sight motionless then began slight oscillating motion & increased to great speed & disappeared. Observation at 35 deg elevation.

11. COMMENTS: Possibly refraction of moon with haze giving strange appearance or mirage may fires stars in the general area reported at that time of night 35 degrees elev ruler is used for possible observations no indications of refraction or mirage are present Winds are from West rolling clouds blowing east possible explanation is a light reflection sort however there is insufficient data to substantiate this.
