11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Silver grey object floating in the sky. Under observation for over 5 minutes. Two objects. One had revolving dome lights brighter than a welders torch. Lighter than blue. Also observed through field glasses. Pictures reportedly taken, found not valid. Smooth surface. Objects sharp outline, Dull finish.
Disappeared with terrific speed. Sighting reported to Civil Defense at time of sighting. Objects observed in wooded area below tree level.
Lights pulsed, not blinking.
COSENTS: Information received in 1965 of sighting in 1958 or 1959. Report forward by Raymond E Fowler, of local UFO group.
Data second hand, Too old for investigation.
