10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING A grey-black obj was sighted a little above & to the right of the aircraft nose. It was falling at an angle in a trembling motion.

11. CONCLUSIONS Was Balloon [STAMP:] Probably Balloon [STAMP:] Possibly Balloon [STAMP:] Possibly Aircraft [STAMP:]

From the description of the obj, it could possibly be a piece of cowling or metal in another s/c. However, no data to support this is included. Case considered as unidentified.
