Object reported over Northern Norway as a light projector, Elliptical shape and flight accompanied by humming or whistling sound, Lit up sea like floodlight as it passed over island, No planes reported in area at time. Probably meteor based upon lighting up surrounding area like floodlight; however since duration not reported case considered as insufficient data.
