BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING 1) Two radar tracks generally triangular propagation is a strong possibility The fact that the target was at 30 miles range and light visibility seems to preclude the possibility of one or both of those sightings being to indicate the possibility of one or both of those sightings were more or less stationary except for alt change Second sight was not a target because of the erratic nature of the signal return.
