LENGTH OF OBSERVATION: Brief one SSE 8. NUMBER OF OBJECTS: 9. COURSE: 10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Small, Red, slightly red & moving generally South to SE, and appeared to be between 5000 to 1000 ft. 11. COMMENTS: The appearance, characteristics, and movements are typical of a balloon. Checks confirmed the obj was without doubt a balloon released just a few mins before rpts were received.
