BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Obj like foil, light in weight, blue & silver in color, 5 inches in length crossed one or more times & glowed when exposed to light, floating downward. Samples of material received.

COMMENTS: Material was analyzed & found to be strips of foil known as "ch" which is used in connection with radar operations as a jamming device, & also to test radar.
