10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Disc like ooj on fire fell from sky, obj landed & then hovered at 1,000 ft still glowing. Estimated 3 ft in diameter. Later witness"ed" & found trees uprooted & clearing 1/4 mile X 1,000 ft with snow cleared in a perfectly rectangular shape. No tracks, no metal, no melted snow.
11. COMMENTS RCMP & local investigation still revealed that witness could not find location where saucer landed or observed hovering object; observation was one of exaggeration. Witness informed that the incident would receive no publicity witness to all interest in finding landing site. Star Arcturus was in reported location. Case is evaluated as the star Arcturus w/subsequent fabrication of events in an effort to perpetrate a hoax.
