10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Large, bright object, leaving a blueish trail behind it was seen moving downward in a westerly direction at great speed. A second somewhat similar object was noticed later. Observers first believed object was a guided missile.

11. COMMENTS The characteristics, description, time in sight and other information indicate that the object was apparently a meteor. The press & radio in that area also stated that the object was of meteoric origin.
