10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One brightly burning object fell in vicinity, Hamburg, Germany. Object struck the earth at an angle of 30 degs above the horizon. Grass in vicinity of impact was singed and covered with a white oxide residue ONCE No metal pieces recovered,

11. COMMENTS Analysis of residue revealed magnesium and aluminum oxides with the former predominating in quantity ATIC concurs in conclusion object was parachute flare.
