10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Flame, flare or bright light, with the color of the body reported as white or orange-red. One witness reported a single tail which appeared as a flame while a second reported what appeared to be colored smoke streams with blue, yellow and orange colors. Newspaper accounts reported the object was accompanied by a "sizzling" sound.

Object traveled in a slight arc parallel to the earth and disappeared by fading out.

11. COMMENTS Positive identification cannot be made of the object, although the description, duration of sighting, and large area over which observed indicate a meteor.
