10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Rectangular object, bright red-orange moving up & down, but remaining in same general direction.
11. COMMENTS The position, azimuth and elevation given are almost precisely the location of Venus. While we cannot account for the rectangular appearance, clouds & other weather conditions, particularly when seen through binoculars often give odd shapes. Everything points to planet Venus.
