10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Star shaped object approx 3 times size of first magnitude star, red, white, blue, purple and orange in erratic pulses of 1/2 to 1 second. Two separate lights were viewed through binoculars one over the other as if suspended balloon with reflection from bottom. On two occasions a tail of luminescence was observed. Size at last sighting was 1/3 of that at original sighting. Moved in spurts hovering then moving rapidly for period of 2-3 seconds.

11. COMMENTS This has all earmarks of running lights on a balloon.
