10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING 1. A circular object the size of a grapefruit, sparkling bright with appearance of a globe with a disc around it, with a tail and very bright was sighted heading slowly South. 2. Same obj observed in New Britain, Connecticut for over 2 hours. (09/2400 to 10/02132).

11. COMMENTS Description conforms to comet ENCKE. However, direction rptd as South. Insufficient data.
