A round, intensely white object approximately 20 inches in diameter was sighted 23 dgrs above horizon and appeared to be falling slowly.

Astro plot, using observers information (azimuth, elevation, and time) indicates that the planet Venus was at most the exact position given.

Confirmed by TWX fm Panama Canal Zone as Venus.
