10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING White, pea-sized object observed at night near Osan AFB. Had brilliant white light - moved and hovered erratically.
11. COMMENTS Wind detector shows winds from SE at that time. Object moved with winds. Numerous Korean & Japanese WX units with balloon schedule SE of Osan. A similar object reported from this base was conclusively identified as a balloon.
