10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One round object about the size of a/c at very high altitude, aluminum color, making a whirring sound comparable to a dynamo. Appeared to hover, then went straight up motion to North and East. No air traffic indicated.
11. COMMENTS Wind info from Springfield, Mo indicates motion should have been to South and East. Possible balloon. No association with noise. Insufficient data to conclude.
