COMMENTS: This report was submitted to Dr Hynek after eight years delay, and while no plausible explanation is readily available to explain the sighting, it does not seem realistic to include a case as UNIDENTIFIED without the opportunity to investigate the sighting while it is still fresh in the mind of the witness.
