10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One rectangular red object the size of a dime at arm's length. Object was seen standing still following initial movement and disappeared. Object was seen near aircraft participating in a bomb drop. Object was seen for five minutes.
11. COMMENTS Investigation revealed that a balloon released from Edwards AFB at 1030 PST was the object. See case file.
