10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Two white objects, later merging into one, seen making almost a complete circle around Washington D.C.. Object was seen visually.
11. COMMENTS A limited investigation conducted by flight 3-D revealed that a General Mills owned aircraft (DC-3) was in the air testing two now high intensity collision lights - an experiment. This sighting was caused by this a/c.
