10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object appearing as a solid with red light on top, yellow light to left and green light on right flex over valley with appearance of hovering and changing speed. Speeds to 120 mph.
11. COMMENTS As a/c approaches or goes away from observer while in varied maneuvers it will appear to stand still. Nothing in letter to indicate that this was anything other than a light, a/c flying over city. Speeds, maneuver, lights, duration and general description consistent with this analysis.
