[HW:] Brief Summary of sighting: One object shaped like derby hat, size of basketball, color white sound low growling sound. Brought to attention by dogs barking. Object not more than 150 yards away, sighting at 2 pm in afternoon.
Comments: Possibly a balloon but for lack of information will be classified as insufficient data, Also possible navy blimp from Lakehurst No investigation as to these possibilities made.
