10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Two sightings of objects with brilliantly lighted appearance, sound associated with a piper cub heard. Traveling Sw.Similar phenomena observed of objects traveling N to S with banking into both white and colored traveling at moderate speed. Additional light moving fm E to West at extreme rate of speed. Considered as a/c by interviewing officials.
