10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Circular flat object, white and glowing in the dark observed, speed straight and very fast.Observed for 15 minutes before fading in horizon.
11. COMMENTS If observed for 15 minutes, not meteor - if moving rapidly and in straight, level line - undoubtedly not a balloon. Appears to have been jet exhaust trail observed at high altitude. Preparing officer states "extensive air activity" in the area.
