10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING For period of almost two weeks, a bright green obj descended on source properly at an angle to within a few feet of the ground. Source alleges that obj left a four inch mark across her children's swing. The sighting was submitted to U.S. Senator Margaret Chase Smith, who, in turn, forwarded the report to the Secretary of the Air Force.

11. COMMENTS Some indications of ball lightening are present; however, in view of witness reliability and investigative efforts, case is considered hallucination.
