11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Report in letter of observation in nine years previous. Not sure of year. Thinks 1956. One red light from car over corn field to right of observers. Compared to halo lights or lights on TV Tower. Nothing; under lights so stopped car and walked to side of road. Estimated objects to be about 30 ft off ground, round dark color. No lit up or glowing. Size compared to bread truck, 2-3 lights on object somewhere. Spot light eliminated from object. Object flew over top of car in direction of light. No noise. Other cars on highway stopped and occupants looking at light too.
CONSENSUS: Sight could possibly be attributed to an a/c with landing light or light a/c with spotlight. Also possible halo. Insufficient data for final analysis and late date does not make investigation feasible.
