10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Two objects slightly larger than DC-7 aircraft. Objects were located (a) 178 dgr, 175 miles at 21,000 feet and (b) 183 dgr, 185 miles at 21,000 feet. Objects moved at approximately 6 to 10 knots on erratic course fading out at a position (a) 180 dgr, 200 miles at 25,000 feet and (b) [ILLEGIBLE] ONCE [ILLEGIBLE] ONCE Objbs were observed through ground electronic radar for (a) 99 minutes and (b) [ILLEGIBLE] ONCE.

11. COMMENTS Winds and duration indicate that these sightings were caused by balloons.
