10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One round, orange object, size of silver dollar. Light goes on when obj is moving and goes out when obj stops. Obj was initially sighted at 45dgr elevation, 13dgr azimuth with flight path to 45dgr elevation, 35dgr azimuth. Obj was observed visually & through binoculars for 20 minutes. Sources stated that obj reappeared at 0236Z, moved in same direction as before was seen for 4 minutes & disappeared behind buildings. No Report In File.

[HW:] Note this is third sighting fs Cunningham area (others in Aug). Description of sighting indicates on/first sighting to be balloon. Ships, second sighting indication course & wind direction tend to support balloon as cause. Second sighting not believed to be related to first due to short duration & disappearance behind building. Second sighting probably aircraft.
