10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING 1) One circular white (w/red light) object, the size of the head of a pin at arm's length. Object was moving up and down and was still in sight at time of report. 2) One object, round, size of basketball to pinhead, Color blue white, fluorescent. Very bright. Object drifted over to the moon and disappeared.
11. COMMENTS According to rating officer there have been a considerable number of balloons launched in the area. Opinion as that sighting probably caused by balloon.
