BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One oval shaped object, smaller than a dime at arm's length and colored orange to green to red to orange, Object moved up and down staying in a one mile area at 030dgr elevation, 360dgr azimuth at first of sighting to 020dgr elevation, 380dgr azimuth when object disappeared by fading from sight. Object was observed visually for 40 to 45 seconds.

11. COMMENTS No significant astro body in North descending, Capella at 630dgr rising fm 5dgr elevation to 10dgr during sighting. Not moving as balloon would be expected to move, Possibly searchlight on haze layer Not sufficient data for evaluation.
