BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGNING: Observer on 28 Sep he submitted report apparently after reading Keyhoe's book FLYING SAUCERS FROM OUTER SPACE, Observed a row of luminous "things" that traveled from N to S. They appeared to waver like birds in flight.
A/C ruled out due to duration. Observation most probably meteor sighting although light reflections on birds is also a possibility. Case evaluated as probably meteor sighting.
