Object had two tails and had flashes of light shooting out on all directions. Object moved to south and back to north Obj was observed visually for one hour and forty minutes and was still in sight at time of initial report. Concur w/typing officer that sighting was caused by a star or planet Description, duration, and path of object indicates sighting was probably caused by planet Mars Evaluation was astronomical probably Mars.
