10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One round, white object, size of quarter at arms length (about). Object appeared as slowly rising white light in North which would get much brighter at times. Object was observed for one hour and thirty-three minutes and was still in sight at time of initial rpt.

11. CONCLUSIONS Due to scanty info request for further information sent. Possibly Capella in NE. Witness estimated size of quarter obviously in error. Sighting has characteristics of astro body viewed under inversion or unusual atmospheric conditions. Case evaluated as probably astro (Capella).
