10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object was a blue light & a red light on its left and right sides respectively. Obj flew straight towards observer. In the sky it evidently disappeared by flying over the building where observer was watching it. A humming sound noticed as object approached observer. Object viewed visually for 2 to 3 mins.

11. COMMENTS of wings, speed, sound, duration, and flight path indicate sighting possibly caused by helo. Although rotor blades were not seen, it is possible that the obj coming directly towards observer under the present conditions of observation that rotor blades are not distinctly visible Case evaluated as possible helicopter.
