10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One (1) yellow star-like object, 5 or 6 times the size of the North Star. Noticed because of light plus movement. Object moved very slowly in a southeasterly direction at a very high altitude. Object still in sight at time of initial report.
11. COMMENTS Do not concur with Reporting Officer that sighting was a shooting star. Sighting meets all criteria for a balloon hypothesis. Winds correlate to course of object. Evaluation of this headquarters as "my balloon."
