10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Very bright pin-to-pea size object. Directly overhead. Later observed with glasses.
11. COMMENTS Check with astro diagram and data for that location and time discloses bright star Vega directly overhead (as reported) at time of sightings. Balloon tracks and winds aloft in local area disclose not balloon. Star Vega later verified by observer.
