10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One round object, the size of a pea held arms length, white w/red flashes no wings or tail observed. Seen at an angle of elevation of 45 dgrs and azimuth of 30 dars.
11. COMMENTS Concur with the opinion of the reporting officer that this sighting was astronomical in nature. In all probability the object sighted was the planet Mars.
