BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One half moon shape object the size of a nickel held at arms length, color of white and changing to bluish Object was sighted through x30 power binoculars for a duration of 4-5 minutes, While object was blinking it appeared white in color & while it was on continuous it was bluish in color.
11. COMMENTS Since there was ground fog & breaks in the overcast, it is believed that this object was possibly caused from either a searchlight or a spotlight of some sort. Possibly searchlight.
