10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One object concave as a soup bowl, size of dime, 4 miles from eye, had orange lights all around it. A/C in vicinity also tornado in area.

11. COMMENTS First magnitude star Capella was at 12 mile elevation, 32 deg north at time of initial sighting. Would set about 1 hr later w/an apparent northerly motion. Inversion present. Cause of sighting attributed to star Capella distorted by atmospheric conditions known to be present.
