10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One point of light, smaller than the head of a pin held at arms length, appeared to be colors of rainbow changing. The object moved erratically from side to side. Faded from sight after forty minutes. No pickup on radar.

11. COMMENTS The duration of the sighting, the changing of colors, and the positions of Venus and Capella are compared with the positions of the UFOB, are suggestive that this sighting was possibly generated by one of the above mentioned heavenly bodies. Fact that obj could not be picked up on radar substantiates this conclusion.
